That’s how they’re designed, but I never even say it that way because it seems to let people self-justify breaking “only
one” of them.
I can’t say how many times I’ve pushed a barrel down or away (like the instructor in the OP’s video should have done to this guy). It’s a lot. But every once in a while someone will say “well, I knew it was empty, so...”
I don’t care. Just follow all the rules.
