Agreed with much of what you said until the end. BYU is nowhere near "there"

under KS. KS loves the players, but he lacks the skill set to be a head coach. He doesn't hold his coaches accountable (at least not his BFFs) and he doesn't innovate, or hire those who can or do.

KS is at best an average head coach and BYU will be an average team so long as he is at the helm.
