Doesnt really matter is my input. Once you start eating carbs your body will turn to those for fuel. What does matter
is that overall you are going for the correct balance for you throughout the entire day. Theres no magic anabolic window to get protein into your system and yes you will burn fat a little longer but waiting to eat but you are also negatively impacting the time that you have to get other macro nutrients in. If your goal is to put on mass that matters. If you are cutting then its not as big of a deal because youll want to get less food anyway.
