That's why I love intermittent fasting--I don't consider it a diet
It's just how I eat. I lost 40 pounds about fiver years ago doing it and have never put it back on.

Doesnt really matter is my input. Once you start eating carbs your body will turn to those for fuel. What does matter

I don't think it matters too much either. If you're working out and doing IF then you will get results. I currently eat

The difference in what you do post workout will be negligible from a body composition/muscle building standpoint.

Yep, not trying to pick a fight but a lot of bodybuilders use IF as a technique to have 2 larger meals per day vs.
