I don't think it matters too much either. If you're working out and doing IF then you will get results. I currently eat
one meal a day (OMAD), probably about 1000 calories. And I feel great. My body is just using my energy stores(fat) at this point. For now i'm basically just cutting. If I was lifting/working out harder each day I would adjust my intake.
