Imagine the DMV or IRS but with healthcare. Medicare and medicaid already put a
burden on medical facilities and personnel but if we included everybody it would get much worse.
My dad always told us about going to the public health clinic in England and having to get a number like at the DMV. At the end of the day they would tell the people to keep their number and come back in the morning.
