My method is to start the x-axis when the country hits its first day with 10 deaths in a day. This first one is on a logarithmic y scale so you can see the relative slopes better. The second one is on a typical linear y scale. So far all three countries that have hit 3 weeks after the first day of 10 (Italy, Iran, China) appear to have hit their peak. The next two will be France and Spain in 3-4 days. U.S. and UK are 9-10 days away. Obviously if this holds.
