The U.S. appears will be the highest deaths, but not close with per capita. It also doesn't appear to be close to the amount of deaths forecasted and lines up with the predictions from Michael Levitt. You can read into the data what you may, but Spain and France should help prove this forecast in the next 3-4 days. I'm going to try to get state data over the next few days.
