CSoul Intervention Needed
I'm very optimistic actually
Whether because of asymptomatic, R0 spread mistakes, culture, who knows, but the curves turns regardless of measures, every single way you look at it. Countries and areas that did lockdown much later than others, still turned at the same time. NYC is seeing the same thing. This looking at the turning as because of our efforts doesn't make any sense when you take into account the lag. Michael Levitt just released on Twitter last night that Italy hit its peak last week (exactly what I said) and will start declining soon.

The predictions that if we didn't do anything that it would have been 100x worse are farcical. That said, our efforts so far will improve the intensity of all the areas, and in a place as vast as the U.S. that is very important. It's just not going to be here near as long as people fear. That's my opinion though, and as with all opinions, I could be wrong.
