Minor point of contention with first sentence of second paragraph

I don't think people were claiming it would be "100x" worse if we did nothing, unless they were being hyperbolic. But doing nothing would rival a full months long shutdown in its impact in my estimation. It would not be pretty from a healthcare or economic standpoint. Which is why I say both extremes aren't good options.
