So you're saying their models we're pretty accurate for Italy and Netherlands
But aren't matching up for the US. I see one possible reason being the one you've stated that our curves is not the same as the countries. I see another potential reason being that people are using the same starting point of the curve for the US as they did for other much smaller countries. You point out that the US deaths should be per million, but then the starting point of the curve should also be on a per millions basis.

Could be a combo of both and I'm sure there are plenty of other factors.
