More time to prepare and change habits. I think it’s logical to predict New York will be the worst of it.

But yes with several smaller peaks, the overall rates could grow higher than the one New York has driven. But this has always been a localized problem IMO. Each state and locale needs to be ready with their own response.

The good news is California has been wrong about all of their predictions. They’re still far below any of their curve projections.
