What type of business stayed open was independent of the stay at home exec order

At different times different businesses have been shut down, I don't believe when the stay at home order came out that the decree triggered certain businesses to close down... the way I've seen this all go down is businesses have been closed down at various times throughout the ordeal regardless of whether an official stay at home executive order was announced or not

Utah is one of only 9 states that doesn't have a stay at home order.
