It’s my family doctor. My brother is on this medication for anxiety as well. I never used to have it till I saw a guy passed away on the soccer field. I couldn’t play soccer for a while. It has stuck in my head. With being home and not having a gym. It has come back. To answer your question I never thought about that. I hope this is temporary and I am able to get back to the gym and working out again. I started cycling at home. I didn’t realize how bad anxiety and panic attacks have on someone till I got one.
