I like the idea of having courses play much firmer. At least the fairways.

285 used to be really long. Now its a PGA Tour bunt. Equipment has made huge strides. Course design needs to adapt.

Up the risk reward for sure. Now it is just reward. Firm up greens as well. Harder to control shots from more rough.
