This fad where you try to get ripped as if it does you any real good.
By all means our bodies need exercise to stay healthy, but like all things it gets taken way too far (dieting, supplements, etc). When you're spending more than a few hours a week at the gym and you're not a professional athlete (yes, professional) you're taking it too far.
