They were accused of funneling money to the club through various organizations owned and associated with the owner. Aside from the evidence being pretty convincing they then violated more rules by failing to cooperate and open up their books to investigators. They then lied about that publicly when UEFA called their bluff. Maybe there are more egregious offenders but they haven't been caught yet.
