What are you talking about? I'm saying CICO is true. But it is not the end all
be all of dieting. And that their are other factors you need to take into consideration. You will lose weight if you eat literally nothing all day long, but the type of weight you will lose will be unhealthy, muscle mass, etc... and when you stop dieting, your metabolism will be seriously messed up and you will gain the weight back at a much faster rate than you lost it, and will continue to do so in the future as you've wrecked your metabolism and lean muscle mass.
