I think you're reading way more into my posts than I actually wrote. Everything you said falls under the CICO umbrella.

In another post you referred to CICO and exercise as two separate things. Exercise is just one part of the CO side of the equation, along with all this other stuff you mentioned. You're focusing on the biological details while I'm focusing on the overall physics.
