You can't gain weight with a caloric deficit even if you are on insulin

It's about how fast you lose it, what type of weight you lose, muscle or fat or

So a caloric deficit will lead to weight loss. Got it. I'm not advocating irresponsible and unsustainable caloric

Of course it will. But when we are talking weight loss we are refering to fat

Caloric deficit will lead to weight loss. That is my point. How to do this in a manner that is sustainable

Hormones may effect the calories out, but calories in vs calories out is the

What are you talking about? I'm saying CICO is true. But it is not the end all

My statement was "above all else" of course there are nuances on how to do it in a sustainable manner and stay healthy.
Slim

Wait, so if you stop doing what you were doing to lose, you gain weight back?
cougaman

It absolutely does. If you're trying to say all that matters is CICO than
