People don't think it will crash because of

'08-'09 it really didn't crash in Utah, other than some construction. I think the computer and internet industry helped alot.
That being said, I think we in Utah will be hit hard this next time with real estate taking a big hit. I could be wrong. Wouldn't be the first or last time.

The crash in 2008 hit Utah very hard. Businesses dried up. Jobs were hard to find
