The cultural decline in CA rarely affects our lives here in CA
Except in a pandemic of course. Most of us who live in CA are not bothered too much because we go about our lives while living in an amazing state. The whole pandemic politics may bug some people but we know we’ll go back to our normal lives at some point.
I would expect that in normal circumstances Utahns are more bugged by CA politics than Californians are.
