Wondering the same thing. The benefits of moving to Utah, say, from a state like CA, are dwindling. It's absolutely

better Vs CA, but the housing market is starting to become expensive, especially for those young families, who perhaps only make 50k or less a year. Not sure how they accomplish living in a decent home in Utah. You can, but in a decade from now, it'll be extremely tough...

Eagle really is great. But there just isn't enough shopping there to stay isolated.

The crash in 2008 hit Utah very hard. Businesses dried up. Jobs were hard to find
