There are a ton of monitor options out there at a very wide variety of prices.
Based on the specs of your system I would choose something with a 27-inch, 1440p display. I do think something with a high refresh rate (144hz) is very nice and I recommend that, you just need to remember to update your windows settings to run at the higher refresh rate if you do. Also important, after you get windows set up you will need to download nvidia drivers to run your graphics card. I have never used a curved monitor so I cant give feedback on that.
