Wedge Overlook, Buckhorn Wash, and Little Grand Canyon are all unsung treasures
of central Utah. Those are north of I-70. Further south can be awe-inspiring as well, like you mentioned.

Then you made the correct decision. I had to take that route before due to fire up the canyon on the way towards Soldier

A fun alternate: Take I70 out of green river and hang a right at mile marker 147. Open the gate and close it behind
