Do it yourself. Rent a jack hammer to open the crack up a bit then fill with water activated epoxy.
It hardens even more when water hits it. If there's not water coming in, hairline cracks in a basement are pretty common and not something to worry about.

Every foundation has cracks in it. It's what concrete does. If it's not a structural problem, seal it and live on.
