I had some hairline cracks like this in my basement
Am finishing my basement now. When we get heavy thunderstorms (I live in Virginia) a little water would occasionally seep in. I painted it with several coats of Drylok extreme, and then fixed some grading issues outside. No water since, and it has been several years now.
You can also buy the epoxy injection kits online. No experience with those.

Every foundation has cracks in it. It's what concrete does. If it's not a structural problem, seal it and live on.
