Concrete is always going to crack, 30 yo concrete will have cracks. Seal it with something like in Soupie's link above
Then make sure the yard outside is draining away from the house and you'll be fine.
Don't pay $10k for some drainage system if there isn't a constant flood in the basement. Just seal the cracks and enjoy the home.

Every foundation has cracks in it. It's what concrete does. If it's not a structural problem, seal it and live on.
