Meh. Nearly every 30 y/o house can have hairline cracks. If they don't run the length of the wall or floor &
aren't opening up, it's not a big fix. I'd get other opinions before going crazy with the $10k full drain system. That's most likely overkill especially if you don't see any signs of previous water damage.

Every foundation has cracks in it. It's what concrete does. If it's not a structural problem, seal it and live on.
