If they are not structural, the only other thing that matters is water penetration. If the property is well drained
and there is no evidence of water seepage there is nothing to worry about. I’m too lazy to look it up now but there is a product you cans buy that is basically a big hypodermic needle that will inject an epoxy seeker in cracks. If it is a hairline crack you probably cans even insert that. If you were able to see the basement walls of 95% of the homes in Utah you would see cracks ranging from hairline to 1/4 inch cracks. It’s what concrete does over time.
