By your logic...
BYU should continue to schedule triple A teams so they can be nationally relevant? Because being indy during the same time-frame has not improved recruitment, facilities, relevance, I mean I can go on and on.
Realistic Utah fans knew it would be a big transition going from playing BYU and Wyoming to playing against Or and Wash. But recruiting continues to improve, facilities have improved, stadium renovations are on their way, prestige is HUGELY improved...
The point of triple A ball is to get elevated to the big leagues. Sorry BYU didn’t get the invite, but enjoy that nickel.
