You will eliminate jobs for HS students as well as push other verticals to automate certain positions that would not have been automated otherwise. I get a $15 minimum wage in places like LA or NY, but a $15 minimum wage in rural areas kills mom and pop businesses. Many of the things that have increased in cost over the years (college, homes, healthcare) can all be tied back to government interference. A $15 minimum wage is a bandaid to problems they have created rather than addressing the overall issue.
