like I said, there's a number of reasonable views on how to approach the issue, many of which are diametrically opposed to each other.

Some of the idea of Oren Cass (former economic advisor to Mitt Romney in 2012) about wage subsidization seem to approach this problem by looking at government intervention in ways other than a uniform federal minimum wage
