I think we need to detach from the thought that every job is a "living" job. Some jobs are okay for just providing...

a bit of scratch for a kid or to save up a bit over time for a person who is otherwise provided for. We need to address how to get to the people who need a living wage but otherwise can't qualify for something intended to be a "scratch" job. How do we help them?
