We already see this in places like Seattle and the rest of Washington. Small
farms are a prefect example, they can't survive paying unskilled labor over $15/hr (H2A workers are even more) when half the time is spent training and the food is falling off the tree. Most small farmers have to sell to the big corporate farms or walk away. So the big guys are thriving by picking the bones of the small guys
