I'm 10 years in, have my Master's, coach football and am in a district that pays really well compared to other districts in the state. I missed out on the nice pension by a year or so, so I get the 10% contribution instead. It will end up being a great retirement, especially if I can open a Roth for my wife as well within the next couple of years and get hers maxed as well. It really won't change our lifestyle but will be a nice little bonus in retirement.
