IMO, Grimes is an elite OL coach a very good OC, but I'm not sure about a HC.

I will be interested to see how Grimes does at Baylor.

I love Grimes, I wish he was still coaching at BYU, and he showed flashes of being a great OC. But he followed Detmer's tenure, and the only way was up from there. He also had a top 5 pick QB in ZW who could improvise and make some incredible throws.

I hope he does well at Baylor, but I withholding judgment until he can produce similar results twice in a row.
