This is like saying
that nobody in the Church that is worthy to hold a temple recommend is, could be, or could become competitive as a head coach because the church holds them back. Believe me, if the Lord wanted Nick Saben or (for the sake of your argument) Grimes to be head coach, he would find a way to touch his heart and help him to become a temple recommend carrying coach. Being a member good member of the church is a blessing, not a crutch.
