I came home after a workout, so proud of myself because I'm now squatting 210lbs 4 reps of 8
And then my friend posted on facebook how her daughter is a power lifter at High School and she is squatting 250lbs. And oh yeah... her daughter is maybe 110lbs.

What does "with wraps" mean and is that more difficult than without wraps? And whats does raw mean in this context?
