My issue with the heavier squats is getting my back to cooperate.
Once I hit the 120kg level I struggle with proper form. As I drop and kick my butt back I get shots of pain down my legs that start in my lower back. It's super random and somewhat unpredictable. Some days it's there and others I feel great.

My trainer thinks it's funny because I can bench so much more than I squat relative to each other.
