I'm not really looking for gains right now, I do it for weight loss...
But I will increase the weight when I find my rep to be easier than it was before. I started my weight loss program back in January last year and my squats were terrible. I was lifting a very low weight, which was seriously just embarrassing. But before we shut everything down to flatten the curve, I was getting better in my form and weight increase.

Now my form is significantly better and I've found that I'm able to handle heavier weight... but again my lifting is more to get my heart rate up than to see how much I can lift. Once I'm at the weight that I'm gunning for... then I'll start to lift for gains.
