parents that are doing way too much for their kids. My SIL does everything, and I mean everything, for her kids. She tells us, "it is just easier for me to do it than for me to try to get him to do it." Of course it is easier for the adult to do it. They already learned how. Now the tough job is letting a kid struggle and learn.
