Imagine moving now. I feel like a big correction is coming. Are these price increase really sustainable. The value of my home went up nearly 35k after 6 months. Just Crazy.

We built it over 14 months. Did a lot of the work as well with, contracted out for Electrical, plumbing, and foundation.
