It’s crazy, homes in my area are currently listing the home on Friday or Saturday with all offers expected

By Sunday. One home recently had 22 offers by Sunday. I haven’t seen a home in my neighborhood on the market for longer than two days in quite some time.

I’ve never considered east valley Phoenix to be a very expensive area, yet 2200 square foot homes are selling for 500k. Its crazy.

We built it over 14 months. Did a lot of the work as well with, contracted out for Electrical, plumbing, and foundation.
