They know what they are doing and you can stay above it all and just let the employee know you look forward to having them back as soon as they are released to work. You are the good guy here. You provide a job. You provide workers compensation insurance. You make sure your workplace is safe. They are responsible to act safely and seek appropriate medical attention when something happens.
