No more than they criticize the prophets for this.

Prophets state the doctrine, then say we love you and want you in the church. And sure, the prophets get criticized. But who cares? I like that message better. People can throw their stones ... mostly from the #deznat folks and I'm not as concerned about their feelings as I am those from the LGBT LDS community.
