I appreciate the response. My original post has been strictly from a legal

basis. I agree, symbolically, especially w/in the Latter-day Saint community, there is a dramatic difference.

My point in this discussion, as followed up by numerous posts, has been strictly from a legal stand point from a trespass issue.

I should have been more clear with this in my original post.
