College basketball is a fickle sport. Late in the season, Baylor looked

awful in a 13 point loss to Kansas and looked lost in a close win against West Virginia. Then in the Big 12 tournament they nearly lost to a TERRIBLE Kansas State team before getting punched in the mouth by Oklahoma State. Baylor fully deserved their 1-seed, but they looked like anything but a sure thing heading into the tournament.

But then the tournament starts and they look invincible. It's just the way college basketball works... the inconsistencies are inexplicable and part of the fun.
