How do you rank teams? What is your “on the court” system? You do realize any method has to look at several results right?
Is Portland ahead of Oregon st? Is Pepperdine ahead of BYU? Should oral Roberts be ranked higher than Illinois?
List your “eye test court results” top 25 and I’m sure you’ll have some teams that have lost to teams below them.
You like to assume that “computers” aren’t objective when they are literally based on the results on the court.
#1 season-ending teams normally lose during the season and sometimes at the end and sometimes have double digit losses(Kentucky, Kansas, etc). Doesn’t mean the entire body of work should be dismissed.
NBA finals would look much different if it was a one and done.
