I've simply watched enough to know that much of Gonzaga's problem last night was

self-inflicted. Much of it was also Baylor's aggressiveness. Much was Baylor's hot shooting. I also know that hot shooting will regress to the mean and a team that looked completely flat after a season of excellence is outside the norm. A series helps to correct for those things, which is why the NBA playoffs use a series format. It's also why the college game is so exciting- anyone can win on any given night.
